The announcement was made after final preparations were completed by board officials. While the Class 12 results are out today, the results for Class 10 students are expected to be released on May 15, 2025.
Where to Check the HBSE 12th Result 2025
The Class 12 students, including those from regular, private, and open school categories, can download their result and provisional marksheet using their roll number and date of birth as mentioned on their admit card. The result is available only on the board’s official website.
According to the official update, students are advised to keep their admit card details handy to avoid any delay or confusion while checking the results.
“Students can log in with their roll number and date of birth to view their marks. The online scorecard will be provisional, and original marksheets should be collected from the respective schools,” said the board.
Pass Percentage and Performance
HBSE Chairman shared that the pass percentage of regular students in the Senior Secondary Academic examination this year stands at 85.66%, while private candidates recorded a pass percentage of 63.21%.
This marks a slightly better performance compared to the last year. In 2024, the overall pass percentage was 85.31%. That year, 2,13,504 students appeared in the exam. Interestingly, girls outperformed boys last year with a pass percentage of 88.14%, compared to boys who scored lower.
Looking back at the 2023 results, a total of 2,63,409 students took the Class 12 exams. The overall pass percentage then was 81.65%, with boys scoring 76.43% and girls again taking the lead at 87.11%.
Additionally, the district of Mahendragarh earned the title of the best-performing district in Haryana, showing remarkable academic excellence over the years.

Once students access their provisional scorecard online, they will be able to see:
- Name of the student
- Roll number
- Date of birth
- Subject-wise marks
- Total marks
However, it is important to note that the online marksheet is provisional. Students are advised to visit their schools to collect the original marksheets, which will be considered the final and official record of their performance.
